Summary:
Provides effective and appropriate clinical intervention as the parent-child clinician for intensive, in-home clinical treatment program for families with young children at risk for abuse, neglect, poor developmental outcomes and removal due to parental substance use.
The overarching goal of the program is to promote stability, safety and permanence for families.
Clinician carries caseload of 6 parent-child and 6 individual/substance use clients.
Flexible work schedule requires ability to work evenings and rotate a 24/7 on-call schedule.
In addition, these dynamic individuals must possess a trauma-informed skillset to work with the target population for cross training.

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate ability to assess risk category, mental status, level of compliance and motivation, client's needs and provide applicable interventions, targeting parental recovery and psychological well-being Utilize the tools of Family Based Recovery (FBR) Perform comprehensive mental health assessment Conduct developmental screenings for client's child Co-construct service plan with treatment goals related to recovery, education, employment, healthy relationships, family communication, and/or legal issues with each individual client Deliver treatment to facilitate positive parent-child interactions and optimal child development Provide individual psychotherapy to address comorbid mental health issues Co-facilitate weekly parent-child therapy group (Social Club) Promote reflective capacity utilizing an infant mental health approach Address child safety issues including but not limited to safe, adequate sleep Conduct toxicology screens with clients at every encounter, observing the toxicology screen when client is of the same gender Refer client to medication-assisted treatment (MAT), as appropriate Collaborate with other systems to coordinate care to support the client and child, including with the MAT provider as needed Work in close collaboration with DCP&P local office from the time of the referral until the client is discharged Meet monthly with IHRP Team, DCP&P caseworker, supervisor, and DCP&P/IHRP liaison at local DCP&P office to review case progress Participate in technical assistance (TA) meetings and calls Attend all required trainings Undergo cross-training to effectively act as parent-child and individual/substance use clinician Submit all required data to supervisor and evaluator Rotate on a 24/7 on-call schedule Evening hours are required REQUIREMENTS:
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a substance use related field and with children preferred.
Qualified to provide substance use disorder treatment in home Must have LAC or LSW at minimum.
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC or Licensed Psychologist preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
