Confidential Confidential Camden County, NJ Camden County, NJ Full-time Full-time $45,000 - $50,000 a year $45,000 - $50,000 a year The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies and procedures, ensure compliance and implementation of the departments, and organization's mission and talent strategy.
As a Human Resources Director, you will report to the Administrator and maintain a close relationship with Corporate HR as well as the organizational development teams.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Director:
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the facility's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll, making necessary approved payroll edits in a timely fashion Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
Maintaining a positive employee culture at our facility while also overseeing onsite investigations Monitors and ensures the compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Manage FMLA and leave processes, as well as archiving and discarding payrolls at the end of each cycle Oversee the hiring and retention process with onboarding of new staff, orientation and benefits Job Type:
